Refund policy

REFUNDS:

We have a NO refund policy as every order produced is 100% custom.  Once your order is in production, we can not initiate a refund. 

If you have a problem with your order, in regards to the quality of your print job, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your products. We will be unable to replace any orders brought to our attention after 30 days of confirmed delivery by the shipping company..

We will never ask you to send back products before reproducing a damaged or misprinted order.

CANCELLATIONS:

There is a 5% fee to cancel your order.  This cancellation fee covers fees we incur when processing your order and refund.

NOTE:  Once you approve your proof, the order cannot be cancelled.
